                   mainly converted into paste in-house.

PPL-HD1

 DESCRIPTION:-  The PPL-HD1 DISPENSER is a very practical and reliable hand dispenser  device for PPL BRAZING PASTES.
APPLICATIONS:-  The PPL-HD1 DISPENSER is the ideal dispenser for jewellers. For other users of brazing paste it is particularly suited for trials and small series.
FEATURES:-
1. Easy to use & light in weight.
2. For 3cc standard syringes having a maximum    content of brazing paste.
3. All standard needles of internal diameters from 0.25 to 1.2 mm can be used.
4. N.B. With a 10g syringe & 0.40 needle, it is possible to dispense 10,000 dots of brazing paste.
5. Low cost.
 


PPL-8400

 DESCRIPTION:-  The PPL-8400 is a pneumatic dispenser for PPL BRAZING PASTE controlled by a foot switch. It is a simple, robust and relatively in expensive unit.
APPLICATIONS:- The PPL-8400 is ideally suited for dispensing brazing pastes in large quantities where varying amounts of paste per work piece is required or where an economical solution desired.
FEATURES:-
1. The dispensing is controlled by the operation of the foot pedal.
2. Syringes of 10cc ( 30g) or 30cc(100g) can be used.
3. A pressure gage indicates the pressure applied on the brazing paste.
4. Compressed air is required (appox. 7 bar).
 


PPL-8300

 DESCRIPTION:-The  PPL-PASTE DISPENSER PPL - 8300 is a robust, compact electro-pneumatic dispensing device for PPL BRAZING PASTES. The dispensing is controlled ley  a timer or a foot switch.
APPLICATIONS:-The PPL PASTE DISPENSER PPL - 8300 is ideally suited for dispensing brazing paste of equal amounts on large series.
FEATURES:-
1. The amount of paste dispensed is controlled by selecting a combination of air pressure, needle size and time setting.
2. It is easy to set up and use.
3.It can be integrated in manufacturing lines
4. Compressed air (approx. 7 bar) and a 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply are required
5.Syringes of all available sizes can be used.
